In Tagaytay, Anya Resort has prepared a month-long German-themed menu for everyone to enjoy.
The chic hotel serves free-flowing German beer and traditional Bavarian food, such as sausages, pretzels, and schnitzels, among others, prepared by its executive chef, Jonathan Bouthiaux.
“We have a wide range of local and imported beer you may pair with the food options on our menu for the whole month of October. With roasted pork knuckle, a selection of veal bratwurst and Frankfurt sausages on the list, everyone is sure to leave with big smiles on their faces,” says Chef Jonathan.
The special Oktoberfest menu is available starting today until Oct. 31.
