The talented students of St. Bridget College (SBC) Batangas’ Repertory Brigid were awarded gold, silver, and bronze in the Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition on April 5.
Under the training of SBC Performing Arts Office director Cir Garing, three entries from the school were awarded.
Andres Ruebens D. Comia and Vincent Edrian C. Mabilangan won gold in the Duo category for their performance entitled “Sabbath.” Paula Gabrielle D. Acosta, Manuel M. Babasa, and Vera Khrizel M. Manalo received the silver award in the Trio category for their dance “Bali.” Danicka Floney T. Ebora bagged the bronze in the Solo category for her performance entitled “Caballera.”
Participants in the annual dance competition—conducted online this year—submitted their video entries in various categories, including ballet, jazz, and contemporary.
