Young artists from Metro Manila have one more day (Oct. 5) to submit their entries to the 52nd National Students Art Competition whose theme centers on “Imagine Nation.”
Since the establishment of the students’ art tilt by energy company Pilipinas Shell, it has brought forth a number of Filipino art masters such as BenCab, Jose Joya, and Ang Kiukok.
Pilipinas Shell’s NSAC is open to all college students currently enrolled in Philippine schools for the year 2018-2019. Participants can submit a maximum of two entries using oil/acrylic, watercolor, sculpture, or digital fine arts (print).
Grand prize winners across all categories will each be awarded P60,000 cash prize, while the second and third prize winners will receive P40,000 and P30,000, respectively.
