Inspirational speaker and author Francis Kong highlights some of the most practical and relevant leadership lessons he holds in high regard in Leadership That Matters, his most awaited new book published by ABS-CBN Publishing.
It is a compilation of the business guru’s motivational articles on self-improvement and developing the right character and discipline to become a good leader. Despite his numerous talks and books in the past, the author seeks to continue sharing his latest inspiration to lead people in different business enterprises.
Kong wrote, “I want to carry the awesome responsibility of sharing critical ideas that are both relevant and effective in equipping leaders with the knowledge to do better and become better. I hope that this book is a tool they can use for their own leadership journey.”
The author also cited that it’s not enough to learn about management principles. The ability to lead has to be complemented with the openness for constant improvement.
