Golden Visa Centrale (GVC), a prominent international property consultancy specializing in residency-by-investment programs, will host its August Roadshow in the Philippines to highlight Portugal’s Golden Visa program through an investment fund.
Portugal, known for its rich history and stunning landscapes, has granted 352 Golden Visas through investment in the first nine months of 2023. The country offers a desirable lifestyle with its warm climate, excellent healthcare, and high safety standards.
Key attractions include the UNESCO-listed Tower of Belém, Lisbon’s vibrant streets, and Porto’s picturesque coastline.
The August Roadshow will present a €500,000 private equity fund investment opportunity in Lisbon’s central business district. This investment not only qualifies participants for Portuguese residency but also holds the potential for significant returns.
The event will feature Vicky Luis, co-founder and president of GVC, alongside Rakesh Makithia, chief investment officer, and Rosalia Torres, head of sales and international markets from Arish Capital Partners.
