“Behind our preparation for this back-to-school program, we thought of going back to Acer’s core mission, which is making sure that we break the barrier between people and technology,” said Acer Philippines General Manager Sue Ong-Lim during the Acer x Adidas promotional launch at the SM Mall Of Asia Central Atrium on June 18, Saturday.
Ong-Lim shared that Adidas shares the same persona as the tech brand, thus making them ideal partners in welcoming students back to school.
During the promotional launch between Acer and Adidas, Acer brand ambassadors SB19 also appeared to delight their fans at the venue. The Kings of P-pop performed their hits “Bazinga,” “Mapa,” and Acer’s song, “Live it Up.”
The collaboration between Acer and Adidas aims to bring back every student’s excitement for the upcoming school year, especially since the past two years took their toll on some students and their families. These deals are Acer’s way of giving back to the students and encouraging them to pursue their studies.
Customers can also up to a P20,000 discount or a gift certificate for Adidas merchandise at participating The SM Stores for every purchase of any qualifying Acer product until August 15, 2022.
Acer recognizes that students don’t just need laptops that could increase their productivity. The brand knows that each user has different requirements for their units, whether it’s for gaming or studying. As a result, the brand developed deals with specific laptop units to meet every user’s needs.
For instance, customers who will buy the Acer Aspire 3, Acer Aspire 5, and Acer Aspire 7 can get up to a P1,000 discount and/or P3,000 worth of Adidas vouchers. Meanwhile, those who prefer the Acer Swift 3 and Swift 5 models can receive around a P1,000 discount or P5,000 worth of Adidas vouchers.
Other participating Acer laptops include its Vero models, Acer Nitro 5 and Nitro 7, and Predator Helios 300. On the other hand, its participating consumer and gaming desktops include Acer Aspire All-In-One, Acer Aspire XC, and Acer Aspire TC models.
The promo, which runs until August 15, extends to the consumer, gaming, and AOpen monitors as well. Acer’s line of air coolers and purifiers, known as acerpure, also has exciting deals for consumers.
