The Caloocan City Government will provide free tablets to all Grade 9 to Grade 12 students of public schools in the city.

This was announced by Mayor Oscar Malapitan in his State of the City Address (SOCA) and 1st City Development Council General Assembly 2020 held via Facebook live and zoom virtual conference.

According to Malapitan, the 66,000 tablets on purchase would help students for blended learning starting this October.

The Mayor clarified that students who would not be given a tablet would not be left out because the City Government would answer all the modules that would be distributed.

Even the machinery used in printing the module will also be answered by the City Government.
