Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya—The Philippine National Police (PNP) here has formally opened their new standard building worth P23.6 million within the Police Provincial Office (PPO) in this town.
The 3-story building inauguration was led by Brig. Gen. Angelito Casimiro, PNP regional director for Cagayan Valley, Governor Carlos Padilla, and Provincial Board Member Flodemonte Gerdan.
The new PNP Standard Building, which was started last February, will house all the offices of the PPO. At 90 percent complete, the building is the first model structure to be built in Cagayan Valley region through the PNP-DPWH Convergence Program.
“This building will enhance the productiveness and performance of our policemen to serve Novo Vizcayanos. Let us take good care of it,” Casimiro said.
He said the new structure is more than just a building since it will be a place of development between the PNP and the community.
Casimiro also said the building will highlight the growing partnership with the PNP’s various stakeholders.
“With this new building, I will expect you to bring about more accomplishments,” he told policemen in the province.
