Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan recently led the groundbreaking ceremony of the Victoria de Monumento by the New San Jose Builders Inc., one of the building’s contractors.
The new condominium unit has 59 floors and will rise along Calle Uno, Morning Breeze Subdivision, Caloocan.
Present during the event were New San Jose chairman Dr. Jose Rizalino Acuzar, other NSJBI officials and some Caloocan City officials.
“The continued support and thrust of these big capitalists in putting up their business in the city only showed that Caloocan is now among the progressive cities,” Malapitan said.
“We thank NSJBI for their trust in the city of Caloocan. Building this establishment opens up many job opportunities for our residents, and paves the way to our goal of being a tiger economy,” the mayor added.
“With this development, I hope that we will be able to uplift our 7th place among the richest cities in the country. This is the ‘Malapitan legacy’ we want to continue to realize,” he said.
