Rep. Toby Tiangco and Mayor John Rey Tiangco both challenged graduates of the Navotas Polytechnic College to continue improving themselves and strive to be better.

“Education does not end in classrooms and schools. After graduation, you will encounter opportunities to learn more. Take advantage of them and continue to pursue your dreams,” the lawmaker said in his speech during the NPC 21st Commencement Exercises.

Mayor Tiangco underscored the need to keep learning and seeking personal advancement.

“Education is an endless process. Be open to gain more knowledge and use it to develop yourselves. Our world is changing so fast; we must be able to adapt through constant self-improvement,” he added.

NPC, the only public tertiary school in Navotas, prides in producing 882 graduates with degrees in Elementary and Secondary Education, Computer Science, Business Administration and Office Administration.
