Season of giving

Makati Mayor Abby Binay is all smiles as she hands a bag of goodies to one of the students of Pio del Pilar Elementary School who received their Pamaskong Handog bags on Monday. Over 100,000 public school students in Makati, from daycare to college students, will each receive a bag with food and a T-shirt as their Christmas gift from City Hall.
