Duterte, in a press conference here on Monday, said his office is still looking for a supplier who can provide affordable good quality tablets or cellular phones, as these will be heavily used for online learning.

The congressman said his office will need around P18 million to purchase the tablets and smart phones. He added that the amount is quite big, and so he is hoping there are friends who could help his office in providing the needs of the less fortunate.
