Mariveles SB greets Muslims

Mariveles, Bataan—The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Mariveles headed by Vice Mayor Angelito Rubia greeted Muslims in this town for their celebration or Eid al-Adha.

Other member of Mariveles SB are SB members Frein Jarane Castaneda, Harry Golocan, Susan Murillo, Ronald Arcenal, Angelito Sunga, Jose Carandang, Tito Pancho Catipon, Victoriano Isip, ABC President Venancio Villapando Jr., and SK Municipal Federated President Vincent Charles Banzon.

In its official FB page, Mariveles SB said in Filipino "Pagdiriwang ng Sakripisyo" kung ating tawagin ang kapistahang ito, bilang paggunita sa natatanging sakripisyong ipinakita ni Ibrahim sa Panginoon.

It was not known how many Muslims live in Mariveles, a costal community in this peninsula.
