SM Marilao unveils ‘Buddy’ chatbot app

Chatbot may sound like a science fiction. But when social isolation and distancing became the new norm, chatbot is one of the dependable solutions to connect to customers and ensure easy, safe and efficient shopping.

With this in mind, SM City Marilao introduces “SM Buddy”, a chat bot and virtual mall guide that provides accessible and personalized shopping experience to customers. 

This Facebook Messenger bot answers queries, gives relevant recommendations and provides support any time of the day. Because social media is the digital platform we use on a daily basis, shoppers may visit SM City Marilao page on facebook and select “Message Us” option to chat with SM Buddy.
