Dinalupihan, Bataan—Farmers from different barangays of this town recently gathered at D’Planners Farm School as SM Foundation launched its Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) Farmers’ Training Program Batch 218.
The training program has since evolved into a holistic training program designed to prepare the participants to become productive and effective farmer entrepreneurs.
Apart from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Trade and Industry, SM Supermalls and SM Markets, SM Foundation has partnered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to ensure the program’s sustainability.
The program seeks to create livelihood and employment opportunities to uplift and empower the farmers through skills enhancement.
