SM City Marilao recently capped off the biggest festival in Bulacan with 80 participating contingents from the different towns and cities of the province parading through the mall in colorful theme-inspired costumes.

Hundreds of street dancers in colorful costumes celebrate the province’s history, culture and tradition during the Singkaban Festival at SM City Marilao. The mall recently capped off the biggest festival in Bulacan with 80 participating contingents from the different towns and cities of the province parading through the mall in colorful theme-inspired costumes. In celebration of Singkaban or “Sining at Kalinangan ng Bulacan”, the contingents danced their way along the 93,909.84 square meter parade route bringing throngs of shoppers witnessing the live street dance, unique performances, and grand procession.

Since SM Supermalls opened its 1st mall in the province of Bulacan in 2003, SM City Marilao has become a part of every Bulakeños lifestyle and most awaited festivals. The ‘Singkaban’ festival is celebrated annually, during the month of September to pay tribute to history, culture, and tradition of the 441-year-old province of Bulacan.
