CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga—The Bases Conversion and Development Authority said Clark Freeport is being developed not only as mecca of growth but also as a center of tourism in Pampanga and Central Luzon.
Vince Dizon, president and CEO of BCDA, revealed the plan during the exhibition of 30 classic Porsche cars at the parade ground of the former American air force base on Wednesday.
Dizon announced that Clark will be the future of more exhibitions, trade, sport, and car expos, as BCDA and the Clark Development Corp. are inviting more local and international groups to hold their annual activities in the Freeport.
At present, the Freeport is now undergoing massive infrastructure development as the next growth center of the country owing to the worsening traffic and decaying of Metro Manila, Dizon said.
