Resource persons from the Development Academy of the Philippines discussed quality management system, with emphasis on quality management principles that include customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, and relationship management.
Effective approaches to organizational processes such as process approach, elements of process, QMS PDCA Cycle, risk-based thinking, and risks were comprehensively discussed.
