Army 1003rd Brigade Commander Brig. Gen. Marion Angcao commended the collaborative efforts of the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, Don Carlos local government unit, the Philippine National Police, the Department of Interior and Local Government, and other peace and development partners in achieving this milestone.

The declaration’s theme was “Kalig-on Pinaagi sa Panaghiusa: Usa ka Bag-ong Panahon sa Kalinaw ug Seguridad” (Strength Through Unity: A New Era of Peace and Security). This reaffirms the commitment to sustaining peace, security, and development in the region.

This achievement follows similar declarations in the municipalities of San Fernando, Kadingilan, Damulog, Dangcagan, and Kibawe, marking Bukidnon’s steady progress toward lasting peace and economic growth.

“This achievement lays the groundwork for economic growth, social progress, and an improved quality of life for the people of Don Carlos,” Angcao said.
