Harnessing the power of digital technology, Ayala-led chain of malls launches a mobile application that elevates and brings together online and offline shopping.
Zing assists consumers with their shopping needs by providing access to goods and services from Ayala Malls’ merchant partners. It’s available for download on Google Play and App Store.
The “digital companion” helps shoppers find what they need with its mall navigation and search directory, complete with directions and P2P bus routes and schedules; opens access to digital concierge services such as contact information of restaurants and salons for easy booking reservations, as well as the virtual mall where users can shop online from over 60 brands and stores in the app; and features an e-Gift marketplace where customers can purchase electronic gift certificates.
Ayala Malls’ Zing app also serves as a digital loyalty and rewards program that gives points to Zing Plus members for purchases in participating partner establishments (one point per P200 spent) when they link their credit card or GCash to the app.
Other Zing membership perks include three complimentary passes to Ayala Malls’ customer lounge and one hour free Wi-Fi. Zing Plus members, meanwhile, get unlimited access to the customer lounge and three hours of free Wi-Fi per day.
