How ice baths help Gabbi Garcia boost her health and wellness

Following her personal promise to focus on her health in 2024, actress Gabbi Garcia has been sharing her fitness journey on social media. One of her recent steps towards improving her lifestyle includes a new training regimen: an ice bath.

In an Instagram reel, Gabbi shared how she and her boyfriend fellow actor Khalil Ramos spent their Saturday morning plunging into a tub of icy water under the guidance of fitness trainer and co-founder of renū Andi Faisal Tabusalla.

“10 Minutes & 7 seconds for my 2nd Ice Bath!!!! Best feeling ever!!! Love that spike of dopamine!!” said Gabbi in her post’s caption, adding how her playlist of songs by Dua Lipa, Beyonce, and Kendrick Lamar had helped her through the activity. 

She further shared how ice baths could benefit one’s body because they can reduce muscle soreness, decrease swelling, improve circulation, relieve pain, enhance recovery, boost the immune system, improve sleep, and improve one’s mental health. 

Apart from the ice bath, Gabbi shared that she tried the Animal Flow workout for the first time. 

“Amen to WELLNESS!!!” she said in her post.
