Ovialand Inc. was recently recognized by the Home Development Mutual Fund as the no. 3 PAG-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer in South Luzon for the first half of 2021.
The award was given in line with Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino communities (BALAI), the national government’s shelter program that envisions strong family togetherness.
“We are so grateful for our partnership with PAG-IBIG Fund,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, president of Ovialand, said.
“They have made homeownership easy and accessible for all their members – especially during the time of the pandemic when many Filipinos desired security and stability in their own homes.”
Ovialand currently has a presence in Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon. In Batangas, Ovialand launched Terraza de Sto.Tomas in 2014. Overall, Ovialand now has 2,500 house and lot units for its housing portfolio in Laguna.
