Filigree properties have reinvented modern living with emphasis on generous spaces as highlighted in its latest project, Tower 2 of Botanika Nature Residences.
Filigree brought in space planning expert, Tina Periquet, of Periquet Galicia, to further elevate the design and sustainability features of this project.
“There is a nice sense of community and it’s really very much in keeping with the overall idea of being in a healthful place where you can just relax and not feel confined the way you normally would in a condo tower,” Periquet explained.
At Botanika Tower 2, space planners carefully studied the flow of traffic and layout of the rooms and the common areas.
They considered the daily activities one would have in a condominium and how they can efficiently manipulate the space to adhere to the end user’s needs.
Botanika Nature Residences is Filigree’s flagship development and is located in the first township with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold in neighborhood development certification in the Philippines, Filinvest City.
