‘Isko’, Colliers launch urban housing at Baseco

The Manila city government recently partnered with investment management firm Colliers to build and manage the “Basecommunity”, a project of townhouse-style units led by city mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso.

The newly built community is located in Manila’s Baseco compound. Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division will provide advisory and consultancy services for the project which will comprise, among others, 292 townhomes.

The firm will also be involved in two other housing projects of the city government, namely, Tondominium and Binondominium, which are located in the Vitas area of Tondo and in the Binondo district, respectively.

Colliers’ expertise in REMS encompasses a range of property types, from condos, office buildings, and gated communities, to industrial facilities and even leisure complexes.
