Phinma Properties recently developed Likha Residences, a unique townhomes project in Muntinlupa City.

Lush sanctuary in Muntinlupa

Each 3-storey or 4-storey townhome was constructed to be a masterpiece in Filipino design and ingenuity.

Inspired by the traditional bahay kubo, all townhomes have awning windows, present-day versions a bangerahan which is a built-in dishwashing rack, and Señorita steps that makes going up and down every storey easy.

“Likha Residences was envisioned to provide homes customized to multiple lifestyles, taking into consideration the demands of the high-end market especially now that safety has become more important than ever before,” said Raphael Felix, president and CEO of Phinma Properties.

Likha’s ready-made units offer, among others, a modern kitchen that  opens up to a big space that spans both the living and dining rooms, meant for families to enjoy quality bonding moments together.
