Online home-buying just got better

AboitizLand, Inc. recently updated its Vecino Portal—a mobile application that offers its homebuyers efficient end-to-end online servicing.

Online home-buying just got better

The tool allows clients to track the construction status of their investments and payments remitted, receive home construction updates, access documents, and schedule acceptance and turnover dates.

The app will soon streamline the contactless home-buying process, making it easier for buyers and sales partners to reserve units, submit documentary requirements, complete monthly amortizations and easily apply for a housing loan.

“A critical process in real estate is the turnover of the unit,”  said  AboitizLand CEO Dave Rafael. “We found a way to complete this process amidst the pandemic through online turnovers.”

The program allows buyers to go on curated 360-degree virtual tours. They may also request for videos of the houses for closer inspection.
