I-Land, the property arm of ISOC Holdings, a Filipino conglomerate headed by construction innovator, Michael Cosiquien, recently its maiden residential condominium project, I-Land Residences Sucat in Parañaque City.

The development is a LEED-certified community composed of six mid-rise buildings across two hectares.

Cosiquien claimed that 65 percent of I-Land Residences Sucat’s land area is devoted to open spaces.

“Sustainability is a key value of ISOC Holdings,” Cosiquien told the Manila Standard. “COVID-19 has emphasized the necessary shift in design and construction concepts to allow Filipinos to thrive in an increasingly evolving world, and to live in the best possible way.”

ISOC Holdings is planning to build a similar residential condominium development in Cloverleaf,  Quezon City. The project is slated for launch before the end of the year.

The company’s I-Land’s portfolio includes office and commercial projects such as I-Land Bay Plaza, a 12-story mixed-use building along Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City with approximately 20,000 square meters of commercial office and retail space.

I-Land also bagged an agreement to develop a seven-hectare property at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.
