Property developer Megaworld recently launched 18 Avenue de Triomphe, the first residential development inside its 12.4-hectare Arcovia City township in Pasig (Seen in photo). The 37-storey tower will have 576 residential units ranging from studio (up to 32.5 square meters); one-bedroom (up to 63 square meters); two-bedroom (up to 110.5 square meters); and three-bedroom (up to 154 square meters).
The 18 Avenue de Triomphe will be completed in 2023. Set against the bustling landscape along C-5 Road in Pasig City, Arcovia City is designed with the company’s pioneering live-work-play concept in mind, Arcovia City will offer high-end commercial spaces via the Arco Parade, LEED-designed office towers, residential condominiums (inset), and a transport hub. Among the first to be built within the emerging township are a Landers Superstore, 18 Avenue De Triomphe, and three office towers.
