LIVING LIKE ROBINSON CRUSOE. Real estate developer Landco recently launched the Crusoe Cabins at Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe). Just across Landco’s Playa Calatagan Village, Crusoe is the company’s newest venture which features 13 stand-alone beachside cabin accommodations. Crusoe has two unit configurations: “group” cabins that have two bunk beds good for six people and “family” units that have a bunk bed and a queen-sized bed that can accommodate five people. Every cabin is complete with a bedroom, a living room, kitchenette and a porch terrace. Guests can also enjoy the boardwalk, a beach promenade that features cabanas for day visits; the sands, a Filipino-themed seaside restaurant; the swing bar, an iconic statement piece surrounded by swings; and the con bar, a beer shack that serves local and international labels.
