Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) is banking on the continued growth of Cavite province as it goes full-swing with the development of two of its largest mixed-use developments in the area.

Vermosa, which spans the cities of Imus and Dasmarinas, and Evo City, located in Kawit, are in a combined area close to 1,000 hectares, and can be accessed through several major infrastructure projects.. These include the Manila–Cavite Expressway (Cavitex), Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), NAIA Expressway, the Cavite-C5 Southlink, the Southwest Integrated Transport System, Light Rail Transit 6 (LRT-6) and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), which is set for completion in 2020.

“Being one of the most progressive provinces in the Southern Tagalog region, Cavite will continue to be a significant development driver of the country,” said Jay Teodoro, Estate Head of Vermosa.

OPTIONS GALORE. Vermosa’s estate in Dasmarinas and Imus, Cavite will feature a range of residential options, as well as active sports facilities, and a business district.

Cavite is now home to over sixty economic zones and industrial estates covering a total land area of over 3,700 hectares. Vermosa and Evo City promise to create business and employment opportunities to enhance the local economy further.

The 700-hectare Vermosa, ALI’s fourth largest mixed-use estate, will be home to 6,000 households as it offers living options by three of ALI’s residential brands – Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, and Avida. About P70 billion will be invested in the estate over its 12-year development period. Central to the estate is a 124-hectare business district projected to generate half a million jobs in Cavite.

In June this year, the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) opened a new campus in Vermosa for its junior and senior high school (SHS) classes. The Vermosa Sports Hub will have an Olympic-size pool, 400-meter IAAF-certified track oval, and a complete one-stop multi-sports training facility equipped with a sports science laboratory.

Evo City, which spans over 200 hectares, will have sixty-two percent of the estate’s initial phase earmarked for high-density to mid-density mixed-use components, while the remaining 38 percent will be allocated for low-density residential uses, such as its first subdivision The Residences at Evo City by Alveo Land.
