Tarlac on the right track

Cresendo, Ayala Land’s  “city of the future” in Tarlac, is a 290-hectare mixed use development which aims to fortify the city’s position as one of the country’s’ potential economic hubs. But Cresendo is also designed as an estate that calls to mind poblacions from the province’s storied past.

The vision is to keep Tarlac City’s charming local character while propping it for growth through the property.

“We are glad to see that Cresendo adopted Tarlac City’s poblacion setup that has existed since the Spanish era, so instead of altering our historic landscape, Cresendo enhanced and complemented it, thus highlighting the rich history and culture of Tarlac City,” said Tarlac city Mayor Cristy  Angeles (shown  here with Congressman Victor Yap, brgy. chairman Angelito Torres, Fr. Eduardo Hila of Don Bosco Tarlac, and ALI CEO Bobby Dy).

ALI is investing P18 billion to develop the estate that will feature a 32-hectare Industrial Park, as well as a 42-hectare commercial district.
