Ortigas Land tops off Glaston Tower

Property developer Ortigas Land recently topped off the Glaston tower, the company’s office tower for sale within its 16-hectare Ortigas East estate in Pasig City. A 34-storey building, which is the first tower to be completed as part of the property developer’s P50-B redevelopment of the estate, the Glaston offers 25 floors of office spaces for local start-ups and more established, traditional businesses such as consulting and trading companies, law firms, and financial corporations. The building has eight levels of podium parking and two levels of basement parking. It will also have food and retail establishments on the ground floor, while being connected to a new regional mall through a sky lobby located on the tower’s upper level. A LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is currently being obtained. The Glaston is aiming for turnover of office spaces in August 2023.
