Damosa Land Inc.’s (DLI) Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE), recently held an online event that focused on the milestones of the company, its plans for 2021and experts’ forecast for the industry this year.
Ricardo “Cary” F. Lagdameo, head of Anflo Industrial Estate Corporation (AIEC), said that despite the pandemic, the company was able to continue its expansion through the development of the main spine road and two ready-built facilities.
Joey Roi Bondoc, associate director of Colliers International Philippines reported that Davao remains one of the country’s biggest property markets and one of the country’s competitive regions with its skilled workforce and infrastructure projects.
Within the span of five years, 33 hectares of the AIE have been developed including 2.1 hectares of ready-built facilities and warehouses and 2.06 km of roads.
To date, there are a total of 15 locators represented by five nationalities that provided jobs for over 600 employees in the region.
AIE bagged the Best Industrial Development award at the 8th Property Guru Philippines Property Awards last November.
