Primex inks deal with Accor for Pullman Manila

Primex Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Primex Realty Corporation, recently signed a hotel management agreement with Accor for its Pullman Manila project at Primex Tower.

Slated for completion in 2023, the 200-room 5-star hotel will be housed within one of the tallest mixed-use edifices in the metropolis.

Primex Tower will incorporate retail and office spaces on the lower floors, while the premium hotel will be situated in the topmost ten floors.

This 50-storey glass tower is located in near proximity is within walking distance of the Greenhills Shopping Complex.

“The Philippines is a great market which will continue to thrive in the long-term due to its great potential driven by economic development, natural attractions, the people’s warm hospitality and the ongoing improvement of transport infrastructure,” explained Andrew Langdon, senior vice president for development, Accor, Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea.

Accor currently operates seven hotels in the Greater Manila area.

The hospitality group is planning to expand in the Philippines. The Pullman Manila at Primex Tower joins a pipeline of 16 hotels scheduled to open across the country in the next five years.
