JEG Development Corporation’s first green and high-rise tower, JEG Tower @ One Acacia, was recently recognized as the best commercial green development at the 8th PropertyGuru Philippine Property Awards.
The 22-storey office and retail building, a landmark in the heart of the Cebu Business District, is one the few LEED pre-certified silver developments in the Visayas.
