LG Electronics Philippines recently donated refrigerators and washing machines to a dedicated COVID-19 facility in Bulacan, sponsored by Breakthrough and Milestones Production International (BMPI), operator of UNTV 37 and WISH 107.5.
The 3-storey facility was unveiled in Malolos, featuring 35 patient rooms, and 18 quarter rooms for doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
LG Philippines outfitted the facility with 65 28” LED Monitors, 4 Top Load Washing Machines, 5 Top Mount Refrigerators, and 2 1HP Split-Type Air conditioners.
Each patient room, with patients isolated for at least 14 days, now have an LG LED Monitor to keep them company while the heavy duty washing machines, refrigerators, and air-conditioners are used by the staff to take care patients.
“Even as the country transitions to a General Community Quarantine (GCQ), Filipinos and health institutions still need all the help they can get,” said LG managing director Inkwun Heo. “As long as we can lend our assistance, we’re more than happy to oblige”.
