Healthcare facility to rise in Davao township

Property developer Lanang Realty Development Corp, an affiliate of Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC), recently sold a one-hectare portion of their township, Ciudades in Mandug, Davao, to the Davao Doctors Hospital (DDH).

The lot is within a 200-hectare masterplanned community composed of residential and commercial areas,  as well as leisure and educational institutions.  It is also home to the 20-hectare agro-industrial Ciudades Business Park.

“Our purchase of this property within the Ciudades township is an important development for DDH,” said Raymund del Val, DDS CEO, at the signing of the memorandum of agreement held at the Dusit Thani Hotel (shown in photo).

“We couldn’t be happier to have the best medical facility in Southern Philippines to make healthcare available to those who reside and work in the Mandug communities,” added Tomas Lorenzo, TLDC CEO.
