Homes for millennials, families at Zitan in Greenfield District

Millennials tend to be great challengers, innovators, and visionaries. A significant number of them have been on the quest for condominiums online since the previous year. Following the pattern, Filipino millennials prefer buying their own property over renting a space. This is a real challenge for the property sector.

Enter Greenfield Development Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Equus Property Venture, Inc. which is building Zitan, a mid-priced condominium, all-set for future-ready living.

Affordability meets quality

Zitan, at the Greenfield District, is a 36-story condominium which takes pride in its units being built with higher specifications and superior finishes compared to standards in the affordable market segment. Millennials, reaching their peak of home purchase, will most likely be attentive to price, size, and style of homes. With Zitan’s approach to affordable housing, it matches these preferences. This mixed-use condominium is assembled well enough to give the young workforce and their families the ability to reimagine their future, championing the balance of work and life.

Accessibility, connectivity

Zitan is in the middle of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard. It is linked to the Shaw Boulevard station of the MRT along EDSA through directly interconnected walkways granting a smooth commute home. The property is near the hospitals, schools, malls, and lifestyle establishments like Greenfield Districts’ The Hub, The Portal, and Pavillion.

Promoting a holistic & healthy lifestyle

Zitan prides itself on its copper-colored balconies which are placed alternately, creating a weave-like pattern (Shown in photo). Like a Christmas tree brought to life, this distinct design allows this mid-priced condo to stand out in Mandaluyong’s skyline, especially at night.

Zitan provides a fair share of nature, letting families enjoy the green spaces of Greenfield District Park. Greenfield District’s expansive open spaces and the neighborhood’s pedestrian-friendly design have made it a sought-after spot in Mandaluyong for outdoor activities that promote holistic wellness.

As one of the residential condominium developments of Equus Property Venture, Zitan is a testament to its commitment to providing a home fit for every Filipino generation. Through its vision to make modern communities, Equus Property Venture continues to connect affordability, accessibility, connectivity, and design innovation into its properties.

Manila Standard

Manila Standard website (manilastandard.net), launched in August 2002, extends the newspaper’s reach beyond its traditional readers and makes its brand of Philippine news and opinion available to a much wider and geographically diverse readership here and overseas.

Digital Edition

In tone and content, the online edition mirrors the editorial thrust of the newspaper. While hewing to the traditional precepts of fairness and objectivity, MS believes the news of the day need not be staid, overly long or dry. Stories are succinct, readable and written in a lively style that has become a hallmark of the newspaper.
