Horizon Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of real estate developer Federal Land, Inc. recently held the topping off ceremony of Palm Beach West Baler Tower.
The event marked the structural completion of the project’s fourth and final tower. Located in Pasay City, Palm Beach West is a mid-rise development.
The four-tower residential condominium is part of Metro Park, Federal Land’s master planned community home to resort-style condominiums, retail shops, event spaces, and a school—all set within the business district of the Manila Bay Area.
