Joy~Nostalg Group, together with partner developer Raemulan Lands, Inc., recently collaborated with One Meralco to seek priority energization, establish multi-channel payment services, and install connectivity solutions for its housing projects in Mega Manila.
Joy~Nostalg Group, the home organization of management companies Everyhome Enclaves, Everglow Enclaves, and Extraordinary Enclaves, together with Raemulan Lands held a business alliance with One Meralco’s Radius Telecoms, Bayad, and power utility giant Manila Electric Company (Meralco) last April 26 at the Joy~Nostalg Hotel and Suites Manila.
Led by Joy~Nostalg Group Executive Officer Jacinto C. Ng, Jr., Raemulan Lands Chief Executive Officer Eileen Uy-Doyle, and Meralco President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Ray Espinosa, the business alliance resulted in a stronger partnership with Meralco committing to energize upcoming 16,000 housing units of Raemulan Lands this year.
Meanwhile, Bayad presented its multi-channel payment system including its payment centers and newly-launched digital payment app which will provide easier and more convenient online transactions.
Joy~Nostalg and One Meralco, through Radius Telecoms, also signed an agreement to provide a stronger internet connection to the residential communities of Joy~Nostalg located in Cavite and Bulacan. To date, Raemulan Lands has 10 completed communities, at least 12 ongoing housing projects, and a total of 32,000 constructed homes.
