The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) remains bullish on creating a future-ready Philippine housing industry as it recently celebrated its 52nd anniversary.
With over 350 members from eight regional chapters and over 30 affiliate members, SHDA also vowed to further nurture its relationship with key housing agencies to become a true enabler in the housing industry.
The event was graced by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Sec. Eduardo Del Rosario. He was joined by Fermin Sta. Teresa Jr. senior vice president of Pag-Ibig Fund, along with top officials from the Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA) and the National Real Estate Association (NREA).
SHDA revealed its new logo, reflecting the organization’s focus on the future-proofing of the local housing industry. It also unveiled a refreshed website to serve as a place where members and partners can converge to solve problems, be updated, and grow together.
