Ovialand offers homes for the future

Millennials, especially young working professionals, often have ambitious plans for the future. As young people work towards achieving their financial goals—wherever they may be in their financial journey—it is important to assure them that homeownership will always be accessible.

Building a foundation

“At Ovialand, one of our core goals is to make every Filipino appreciate that being a homeowner is a reality, not an impossible dream,” observed Pammy Olivares-Vital, president and CEO of Ovialand. “We are at the cusp of a new generation. Over 70% of homebuyers are millennials who are starting their young families. This pandemic has made many of them realize they should prioritize buying a home as a long-term investment rather than spend carelessly.”

Savana, a housing development by Ovialand in San Pablo, Laguna, is designed with the new generation in mind. It currently comprises 490 house and lot units. It is only 3 kilometers away from the city center, a place bustling with commerce, schools, and hospitals.

For social media-savvy millennials

The spacious area inside a Savana home allows millennials to design the interiors to their hearts’ content. For example, those who are active in social media apps such as Instagram can share as many pictures as they want about the private spaces they have cultivated for themselves. Indeed, a home can be a reflection of a human’s personal identity.

Ovialand kept the social media savvy millennial in mind when designing Savana. It made sure that the home is always photo-ready, with corners and nooks that make the perfect Pinterest canvas.

No two homes built the same

“Savana is designed to fulfill the lifestyle of young people, whether they may be family-oriented or seek a lifestyle full of entertainment,” said Olivares-Vital. “We want to make our millennial clients think that the properties we build are in line with how they want their lifestyles to be now and in the future,” said.

At Savana, no two homes are built the same. Because no two families have the same needs, homeowners have different options on how they want their houses to look like. They have options such as Mansion, Manor Luxe, and Manor Classic—each differing in size to fit the needs of homeowners.

Making dreams attainable

Ovialand is currently with PAG-IBIG to provide accessible financing to young people. PAG-IBIG, in fact, recognized the company as a top housing developer in South Luzon in 2021. The award was given due to Ovialand’s contributions to ensuring the success of the government’s Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino communities (BALAI) shelter program.
