DMCI Homes recently finished the 15-storey Aston, the third building at Oak Harbor Residences, the first project of its premium brand, DMCI Homes Exclusive, located along Jackson Avenue in Asiaworld, Parañaque City.

Last year, DMCI Homes completed the first two buildings, 16-storey Lauderdale and 15-storey Westport.

The Aston began accepting move-ins last December. Oak Harbor Residences offer 1-bedroom premier suites; 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom suites; and 3-bedroom sky-loft suites measuring 66 up to 252 square meters.

Tucked in a secluded portion of the Bay City right in front of the Manila Bay, the 11,871-sq. m property is surrounded by landscaped gardens, providing a relaxing sanctuary that is close to all the action in the booming mixed-use business and tourism center.

ABOUT US

Manila Standard

Manila Standard website (manilastandard.net), launched in August 2002, extends the newspaper’s reach beyond its traditional readers and makes its brand of Philippine news and opinion available to a much wider and geographically diverse readership here and overseas.

Digital Edition

In tone and content, the online edition mirrors the editorial thrust of the newspaper. While hewing to the traditional precepts of fairness and objectivity, MS believes the news of the day need not be staid, overly long or dry. Stories are succinct, readable and written in a lively style that has become a hallmark of the newspaper.
