Two young women display their thumb marks as proof they have completed the process of voter registration at the COMELEC office in Manila on Monday, Sept. 6, the first day of resumption of voters' registration. The poll body approved the voter registration from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. in areas under MECQ starting September 6, 2021.
