Stores in Ylaya, Divisoria are closed Friday on the first day of the two-week enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR). Manila Police District Dagupan precinct commander M/Sgt. Gerry Tubera also ordered policemen to paint yellow lanes in Divisoria that people can use to maintain social distancing.
