President Rodrigo Roa Duterte joins Ambassador of Spain to the Philippines Jorge Moragas Sanchez, Senator Christopher Lawrence Go, and Eastern Samar Governor Ben Evardone in unveiling the Quincentennial Marker during the 500th Anniversary of the Philippine Part in the First Circumnavigation of the World held at the Veterans Park on Calicoan Island in Guiuan, Eastern Samar on Thursday.
