Dredging inspection

Marikina City Mayor Marcy Teodoro, Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu, and MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos Jr. (from left) oversee the pilot dredging activity at the Marikina River to recover the portions of the river that were illegally reclaimed. The projects consist of bamboo and tree planting and restoration of the Marikina River as part of the ‘Build Back Better’ task force’s program.
