Milk donation

Tarlac Heritage Foundation Co-Founder Isa C. Suntay engages a mother and child after helping the 3MECH Infantry Battalion CMO Officer, CPT Rizalino Espineli Jr., and 1LT Dickson Melegrito, OIC of the 3Ist MECH Infantry Company of Philippine Army, distribute 571 plastic bags, each containing packs of organic Arla milk, in Capas, Tarlac on Tuesday. The recipients from Bgy Bueno in Capas walked a considerable distance to the distribution site to receive the milk donation.
