Expressway opening

The ‘Build, Build, Build’ team of the Duterte administration and private sector partner NLEX Corp. open the 2.6-kilometer section of NLEX Harbor Link from Caloocan Interchange in C3 to Mel Lopez Boulevard (formerly R10) in Navotas City.  Attending the opening ceremony are (from left) NLEX Corp. president and general manager Luigi Bautista, Metro Pacific Investments Corp. president and chief executive offiver Jose Ma. Lim, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, Public Works Secretary Mark Villar, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea and Bases Conversion Development Authority president and CEO Vince Dizon.
