For new learning

The local government of Biñan, Laguna, led by City Mayor Arman Dimaguila (left) and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte (right), on Wednesday distributed 151 laptops and 200 75-inch televisions to public school officials in preparation for a two-tiered approach to learning amid the coronavirus pandemic.
